Refund policy

 

We know you'll love our products and we stand behind them 100%! If within 30 days you're not happy, simply return it. To initiate a return within 30 days of receipt of your order, contact us using our contact form so we may check the eligibility of your return. Postage is to be covered at customer's expense. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item (shipping costs are not refunded).

Orders returned for an incomplete/incorrect/undeliverable address, or packages that have been refused, are eligible for a refund less a handling fee of $19.95. If you would like your order re-shipped, a $9.95 fee will be assessed.
